We are not responsible for errors resulting from:

Low-resolution images
Spelling or grammatical mistakes
Incorrect colors, dimensions, or formatting
Files submitted without proof approval (if applicable)

By submitting files or content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have the legal right to use it
The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks

You grant Aprisa Print Services a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

5. Proofs and Approvals

If proofs are provided, it is your responsibility to review and approve them carefully. Approval confirms acceptance of the design as-is.

Once approval is given, Aprisa Print Services is not responsible for errors that appear in the final printed product.

6. Turnaround Times and Delivery

Turnaround times and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Incomplete or incorrect customer files
Customer delays in approval or communication
Events beyond our reasonable control

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of printing services:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
Refunds or reprints may be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused solely by us
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the order

Orders that have entered production may not be canceled.
