1. Order Processing & Production Time
All print orders require production time before shipping.

Standard production time: Up to 7 business days

Production begins after final file approval and payment confirmation

Production times may vary based on order complexity, volume, or materials

Rush production may be available upon request for an additional fee
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders within the United States using the following carriers:

Local courier services (San Diego County only)
Local Delivery & Pickup (San Diego County)

Local delivery is available for orders with a minimum purchase of $50

Customer pickup is available at no additional cost

Local delivery and pickup are available only within San Diego County
3. Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping costs are determined in one or more of the following ways:

Free ground shipping (lowest-cost option) is available for orders of $99 or more

Aprisa Print Services is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We do not reship orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors are the customer’s responsibility
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier:

Aprisa Print Services does not offer reprints, refunds, or replacements for shipping-related issues caused by carriers.
