Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 7th, 2026.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://www.aprisaprintservices.com/ and services provided by Aprisa Print Services, LLC, doing business as Aprisa Print Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All print orders require production time before shipping.

  • Standard production time: Up to 7 business days

  • Production begins after final file approval and payment confirmation

  • Production times may vary based on order complexity, volume, or materials

  • Rush production may be available upon request for an additional fee

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders within the United States using the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Local courier services (San Diego County only)

Local Delivery & Pickup (San Diego County)

  • Local delivery is available for orders with a minimum purchase of $50

  • Customer pickup is available at no additional cost

  • Local delivery and pickup are available only within San Diego County

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are determined in one or more of the following ways:

  • Flat-rate shipping for certain items

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout

  • Shipping costs included in quoted prices, where applicable

Free Shipping

Free ground shipping (lowest-cost option) is available for orders of $99 or more

4. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Typical shipping times range from 5–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier, destination, and external factors

Aprisa Print Services is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout

  • We do not reship orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors are the customer’s responsibility

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier:

  • The carrier assumes responsibility for delivery

  • Customers are responsible for filing any claims related to:

    • Lost shipments

    • Delayed deliveries

    • Damaged packages

Aprisa Print Services does not offer reprints, refunds, or replacements for shipping-related issues caused by carriers.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes

  • There are currently no item-specific shipping restrictions
