Service Agreement
Effective Date: January 7th, 2026.
1. Purpose and Scope
This agreement outlines turnaround times, pricing practices, reprint eligibility, and responsibility for errors. It is designed to set clear expectations in accordance with standard printing industry practices and applicable California law.
2. Pricing, Quotes, and Wholesale Discounts
Wholesale or volume discounts may be available for qualifying orders based on quantity, product type, and production requirements. Availability and discount rates are determined solely by Aprisa Print Services on a per-order basis and are not guaranteed.

Wholesale pricing, when offered, applies only to the specific order quoted and does not establish ongoing pricing for future orders. Discounts may not apply to rush services, specialty materials, finishing, design services, or reprints unless expressly stated on your order.
3. Turnaround Times and Production Schedule
Turnaround time is generally seven (7) business days for most quantity or type of work. Turnaround time begins after final artwork is received, any required proof is approved, and any required deposit or payment is made, unless otherwise stated on your order.
4. Rush Orders and Expedited Services
Rush service is subject to availability and additional fees. Same-day or next-day service is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed on your order.
5. Graphic Design Services
Graphic design services are available for an additional fee when a project requires artwork to be created from scratch, modified, recreated, digitized, or otherwise prepared for print.

Design fees are quoted separately and must be approved before work begins. Any design proofs provided are subject to the same review and approval requirements outlined below. Once design work has been approved or completed, design fees are non-refundable, even if the print order is canceled or revised.

Aprisa Print Services retains ownership of all graphic files unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final print-ready files may be provided upon request once all applicable fees have been paid.
6. Confidentiality and Data Security
All customer artwork, design files, and project-related information are stored in a secured, access-restricted, and encrypted database. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect customer information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Customer files and project details are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling requested services. Access is limited to authorized personnel and trusted service providers involved in production or fulfillment, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Information may be disclosed only when required by law, court order, or to authorized entities as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
7. Proof Approval and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully. Approval confirms acceptance of text, layout, size, quantity, and colors. Once approved, orders are considered final and move into production.
8. Reprints and Error Responsibility
Aprisa Print Services will reprint an order at no charge if the error was caused by us, including incorrect quantity, size, paper, finishing, or printing from an unapproved or incorrect file.

We may request the return of the original printed materials before reprinting.

Reprints will be charged as a new order if issues are due to errors in approved artwork (including spelling or grammar), low-resolution or print-quality issues in customer-supplied files, color variations within normal industry tolerance, or changes requested after approval.
9. Color Accuracy and Industry Tolerances
Printed colors may vary from on-screen colors. Variations may also occur due to paper type, finish, or reorders. Exact color matching, including Pantone matching, must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees. Minor color variation does not constitute a defect.
10. Claims and Notification Period
Any issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of pickup or delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
11. Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM®) Services
Aprisa Print Services may offer printing and preparation services for Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM®) campaigns through the United States Postal Service (USPS®). EDDM® services are subject to USPS® rules, requirements, availability, and delivery timelines, which are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for approving final artwork, quantities, sizes, and any USPS-specific requirements prior to production. Approval confirms that the materials comply with current USPS® EDDM® guidelines. Aprisa Print Services is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional fees resulting from non-compliant artwork or changes requested after approval.

Delivery timelines for EDDM® campaigns are estimates only and are determined by USPS®. Aprisa Print Services does not guarantee delivery dates, delivery speed, geographic coverage, or mail volume completion once materials are submitted to USPS®.

Postage fees, permits, and USPS® processing fees are separate from printing costs unless expressly stated on the order. Any USPS-related fees are non-refundable once submitted, even if delivery is delayed, incomplete, or canceled by USPS®.
Aprisa Print Services is not responsible for USPS® handling errors, missed deliveries, damaged mail pieces, or variations in delivery coverage. Reprints or refunds will not be issued for issues arising from USPS® processing or delivery.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Aprisa Print Services’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the print job. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No refunds are issued for orders printed according to approved specifications.
13. Consumer Rights and Governing Law
This agreement does not limit any rights you may have under applicable California consumer protection laws.
14. Acceptance of Agreement
By placing an order with Aprisa Print Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Service Agrement.
